Rachel Baldacchino Calleja is a Gestalt psychotherapist passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being.
Rachel graduated from the University of Malta in 2013 with an undergraduate degree with Hons in Psychology, and she went on to complete her Masters in Gestalt Psychotherapy in 2021.
Rachel's extensive experience and expertise in the field of mental health has allowed her to work in the area of reintegration and rehabilitation, with Rise Foundation. She works with individuals looking to improve their overall quality of life.
Her primary areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, autism, and overall health and well-being. In addition to her work with adults, Rachel has significant experience working with children in special education and parental support.
She is passionate about helping families navigate the challenges of parenting children with diverse needs, and he has developed a reputation for her compassionate and patient approach.

With over seven years of experience as an early intervention practitioner, Rachel has worked extensively with children and families, providing tailored support to enhance developmental outcomes. Her expertise lies in family support and relationship-building, where she applies a holistic, person-centred approach to foster emotional well-being and resilience in both children and their caregivers.

Linzy Spiteri is a dedicated Gestalt psychotherapist who earned her Masters in Gestalt Psychotherapy in 2020.
With experience working with both victims and perpetrators, she specialises in addiction recovery and anger management. Linzy’s therapeutic approach focuses on present-moment awareness and the importance of the therapeutic relationship, helping clients address the root causes of their struggles.
She is committed to creating a safe, empathetic space for clients to explore their emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and achieve personal growth.
Linzy is also a dedicated Early Intervention Practitioner specialising in supporting children aged 0-5 years. With five years of experience in the field, she has worked closely with young children and their families to foster early developmental growth and provide tailored support. Through a compassionate and family-centred approach, Linzy collaborates with parents and professionals to implement individualized intervention plans that promote growth, learning, and resilience during the critical early years.
Outside of her practice, Linzy enjoys reading, baking, travelling, and taking long walks—activities that help her maintain balance and foster creativity.
